community since 1974 and boasts some of the most comprehensive programs available
because of our discipline of maintaining strict and high levels of standards.

Paul Del Sordo, under the supervision of Chief Instructor H. C. Hwang.

Tots
To participate in this program, we evaluate children between the ages of 3 and
5 to determine their focus, maturity and ability to participate in a fun, group
setting. As an educational alternative to "after school activities", this program
was designed to add structure, confidence, and awareness to a child's daily routine
by the utilization of motivational martial arts techniques. Tots are prepared
in this class for future advancement to regular children's programs.
Children
All children are placed initially in the appropriate class setting based upon
their maturity and age. Our evaluation process determines the most suitable environment
conducive to the best education possible. Your child is monitored on a regular
basis and moved into the appropriate class setting after evaluation and parental
meetings.
Adult Programs
Beginner, intermediate or advanced, our classes offer a student the ability to
feel "comfortable" during their beginning training stages. Classes are designed
for all levels of advancement and special attention is given to beginners. Classes
are unlimited, however your program director can best guide you to classes most
suitable to your specific needs.
Special Needs
Open to students between the ages of 4 and 18. We offer children with a wide variety
of developmental disabilities a recreational and social program that is also an
excellent form of therapy. The goal for this program is to give children the opportunity
to improve their balance, coordination, attention, social skills, and self-esteem
while working with highly qualified instructors and occupational/physical therapists.
Rank Advancement
Progress is measured by the award of a color belt or stripe through our unique
ranking system in accordance with the knowledge, skill, time and effort a student
has dedicated to the program. Students are invited to attend quarterly testing
cycles once they have met the criteria for their next rank.
Introductory Lessons
Available to students of all ages to determine abilities, needs, class selection,
and willingness to continue in a structured martial arts program. Once the introductory
lessons are completed the student is prepared for formal classes and can comfortably
decide to continue with formal lessons or not. Private lessons (2) and an official
uniform are included in a low price of $79.00. Mention you found us through our

Private Instruction
Available to men, women, and children of all ages. Sometimes our wide variety
of classes still aren't appropriate for your personal schedules. If your work,
school, or active planner is filled, call us and we'll work with you privately
to accommodate your specific needs. Special attention is always given to
beginners.
Corporate Wellness
On/off site instruction is available for groups, small or large. Stress management,
relaxation and breathing exercises are among a few areas that are covered with
the incorporation of traditional Martial Art techniques. Programs are designed
for your corporate needs.
Women's Self Defense
Group or individual private sessions, enjoy hands on kicking and punching drills,
awareness and focus exercises. Learn to release from an unwanted hold or just

Parties
On-site karate parties for children of all ages. We begin in our main studio with
a brief demonstration by a group of young practitioners followed by full guest
participation incorporating fun, motivational drills. The group is then led into
a party room where they can enjoy food and fun!
